My dear Chidinma, Last night, I couldn’t fall asleep because, I was filled with happy memories of our nearly sixteen years of life together. Thank you for the love, laughter, and wisdom you brought into my life. They will forever echo in my memories.
I never witnessed an example of strength and resilience equal to yours. You were not only a wonderful wife and mother but was a meticulous housekeeper and homemaker. You were a cheerful, friendly person and made many warm friends. You seldom, if ever criticized any person. Instead, you preferred to refer to their good qualities. My Chidinma was the soul of honesty. She would never shade the truth no matter what the consequences. She loved her church the Catholic faith and was faithful to the end. She was faithful, efficient, loyal and true. She inspired me in ways I cannot explain.
And now, with a feeling of humility and submission to Divine authority, I look forward to seeing you one day in eternity where we will all be together.
Yours, Ike Okoro, Chidube, Chetachi and Chidike.
